1 Introduction

Welcome to WA Sender (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your selected plan:

Basic Plan: 1 Device, 1 Key, 1 Month Validity.
Standard Plan: 1 PC, 2 Keys, 12 Months Validity.
Premium Plan: 15 PCs, 30 Keys, 15 Months Validity.
Diamond Plan: Unlimited PCs & Keys, Lifetime Validity.

3. Anti-Spam & Account Safety

WA Sender is an automation tool designed to help you manage communications. However, WhatsApp™ has strict policies against spamming.

We are NOT responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or blocks imposed by WhatsApp™.

It is the user’s responsibility to use the “Warmer” features, set appropriate time delays, and send messages only to opted-in contacts to minimize risk.

4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product (Software License Keys), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a License Key has been issued.

We strongly recommend requesting a Free Demo before purchasing to ensure the software meets your requirements.

5 Updates & Support

We strive to keep the software updated with the latest WhatsApp web changes. However, we cannot guarantee immediate fixes if WhatsApp™ makes major structural changes to their platform. Support is provided according to your plan tier.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HBU Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business, or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
