At HBU Services (creators of WA Sender), your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you purchase our software and how we treat your data. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2 Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of data required to process your purchase and activate your license:

Purchase Information: Name, email address, and payment confirmation details (e.g., transaction ID from JazzCash/Easypaisa).
Device Information: To generate a unique License Key, our software may generate a unique “Machine ID” based on your hardware. This is used strictly for copy protection and validity checks.

3. Your WhatsApp Data & Privacy

We understand that your customer lists and messages are confidential.

Local Processing: WA Sender runs locally on your computer. All data extraction, message scheduling, and number filtering happen on your device.
No Cloud Storage: We DO NOT upload, store, or have access to your WhatsApp contacts, chat history, or the messages you send using our tool.
Credentials: We do not collect or store your WhatsApp QR login sessions.

4 How We Use Your Info

The personal information (Name/Email) you provide during purchase is used solely for:

Sending your License Key and installation guides.
Notifying you of critical software updates.
Providing customer support if you encounter issues.

5 Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may strictly share payment details with payment processors (like JazzCash/Easypaisa) solely to verify transactions.

6 Data Security

We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices to protect against unauthorized access to your licensing information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
